Who we are

FLC LABS L.L.C. — Trade Licence No. 125257, TRN 104725345300003 — Al Jerf 1, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We build and sell custom gaming PCs and components. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you place an order

Your name, phone number, email address, and — if you choose delivery — your emirate and delivery address. We need these to build your machine, deliver it, invoice you, and honour the warranty. Without them we cannot complete an order.

When you ask us to contact you

Restock alerts, used-part offers and service bookings collect your name and phone number (bookings also take your emirate). We use them only to reply about that specific request.

When you just browse

Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. Analytics and advertising tools set cookies and identifiers — see the table below.

Payment cards — we never see them

Card payments are handled on Geidea's secure hosted payment page. Your card number, expiry and CVV are entered on Geidea's page and go straight to them. They never pass through this website and we never store them. We receive only the result: paid, failed or cancelled, plus your order reference.

Things that stay on your device

Some features work entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to us:

• Your cart — kept locally so it survives a refresh.
• Favourites, recently viewed items and recent searches — stored on your device only.
• Builder progress — the parts you have chosen.

Clearing your browser data deletes all of it. It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else.

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of established providers. Each receives only what it needs:

Some of these providers are outside the UAE, so your data may be transferred and stored abroad under their own safeguards. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Meta platforms. The Meta Pixel on this site reports which pages you viewed, what you added to your cart, when you began checkout, and the value and reference of a completed order, so we can tell which adverts actually produce sales. If you arrived from an advert, we also keep the campaign tags from that link for the rest of your visit so the sale can be matched to the right advert.

You can limit this from Meta's own controls in Facebook Ad Preferences, and by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not stop you shopping here — the cart, builder and checkout all keep working.

Your cookie choices

The first time you visit, we ask before loading anything non-essential. Until you choose, no analytics or advertising script is loaded at all — not Google Tag Manager, not the Meta Pixel. Choosing Essentials only keeps it that way.

You can change your mind whenever you like: select Cookie preferences in the footer of any page. Turning a permission off clears that provider's cookies and reloads the page so nothing carries on running.

Strictly necessary items are always on. They are first-party only — your cart, your saved build, your delivery choice and the checkout — and no other company receives them.

One exception worth naming: page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. We are looking at hosting the fonts ourselves to remove that.

How long we keep it

• Orders, invoices and payment records — retained while your warranty runs and thereafter to meet UAE tax and accounting record-keeping obligations.
• Enquiries that do not become orders — kept while we are still helping you, then removed in routine clean-ups.
• Analytics and advertising identifiers — kept for the period set by each provider.
• On-device data — until you clear your browser.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
• stop using it for marketing;
• withdraw consent you previously gave.

Email ops@flclabs.com and we will respond. There is no charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity first so we do not hand your details to someone else.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS. Our connection to the order system uses a server-side key that is never sent to your browser, and card data never touches our systems at all. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the number of places your data lives deliberately small.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
