How does a home visit actually work?
You message us on WhatsApp with the problem and your Emirate. We confirm a slot and your quote, the van comes to you, and the work happens in front of you. Your PC never leaves your sight. Every job ends with testing and a 14-day warranty.
How fast can you get to me?
Usually within days of your message. Same-day emergency slots exist in select areas; tell us it's urgent and we'll see what's possible. We operate daily, 10:00–19:00, across all seven Emirates.
What warranty do I get?
Every home service carries a 14-day warranty. Eligible products and builds from FLC carry a 1-year warranty.
Do you service businesses?
Yes: multi-PC maintenance plans for gaming cafés and offices, on request. Message us with your machine count and Emirate and we'll put a plan together.
